PROFILE VISIBILITY AND NAICS OPTIMIZATION

Federal contracting officers and procurement specialists use SAM.gov and the SBA Small Business Search to identify qualified vendors before solicitations are even posted. USGRCA™ optimizes your SAM profile, NAICS, and PSC code alignment, and Small Business Search listing to ensure your business appears in the right searches and is positioned as a credible, capable vendor in your target agency categories. Proper NAICS code selection directly affects which set-aside contracts your business is eligible for and how visible you are to federal buyers, making this one of the highest-impact steps in your federal contracting strategy.

COMPLIANCE READINESS AND AUDIT SUPPORT

Government contractor compliance is not a one-time task. It requires ongoing attention to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, DFARS clauses for DoD contractors, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) where applicable, and annual SAM registration maintenance. Our compliance readiness services include FAR compliance reviews, DCAA audit preparation, internal control assessments, and corrective action planning to keep your business fully inspection-ready and contract-eligible at all times. USGRCA™ helps you avoid the compliance gaps that result in contract terminations, payment holds, and loss of contracting eligibility.

GSA SCHEDULE CONTRACT SERVICES

A GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract is one of the most powerful vehicles for selling products and services to the federal government. GSA Schedule contracts allow federal agencies to purchase from pre-approved vendors at pre-negotiated prices without going through a full competitive procurement process, making GSA contractors significantly more accessible and appealing to federal buyers who need to acquire goods and services quickly and compliantly.

The GSA Schedule program represents approximately $50 billion in annual federal spending across hundreds of product and service categories. Importantly, the current administration has directed agencies to consolidate buying through GSA as the federal government’s preferred acquisition channel for common needs, making a GSA Schedule contract more strategically valuable in 2026 than at any point in recent years.

USGRCA™ provides end-to-end GSA Schedule support, including eligibility assessment, proposal preparation for the GSA eOffer system, pricing strategy development, negotiation support with GSA Contracting Officers, and ongoing contract compliance and modification management after award. If your business is already on a GSA professional services schedule or other MAS category, USGRCA™ also provides GSA contract management services including annual compliance reviews, pricing updates, and modification support.

8 Top Compliance Mistakes Contractors Make

CMMC COMPLIANCE CONSULTING

The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is now an active contractual requirement for businesses contracting with the Department of Defense. CMMC Phase 1 has been in effect since November 10, 2025, and Phase 2 takes effect November 10, 2026, meaning DoD contractors that handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) will be required to undergo third-party assessments by accredited C3PAO organizations in order to remain eligible for DoD contract awards.

CMMC 2.0 establishes three levels of cybersecurity maturity. Level 1 covers basic safeguarding of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and requires annual self-assessment against 17 foundational practices. Level 2 covers contractors handling CUI and requires either self-assessment or C3PAO third-party assessment depending on the sensitivity of the contract. Level 3 applies to the most sensitive DoD programs and requires a government-led DIBCAC assessment.

USGRCA™ provides CMMC compliance consulting services including readiness gap assessments against NIST SP 800-171 requirements, System Security Plan (SSP) development, CMMC level determination, SPRS score documentation, and pre-assessment preparation support to help DoD contractors meet their cybersecurity requirements and maintain eligibility for defense contract awards. With Phase 2 arriving November 2026, businesses pursuing DoD work should be assessing their compliance posture now.

FEDERAL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Winning a federal contract is only the beginning. Effective federal contract administration requires ongoing attention to deliverable timelines, invoicing procedures, modification management, subcontracting plan compliance, and performance reporting that satisfies agency expectations and protects your contract from termination.

USGRCA™ provides government contract management services that support contractors at every stage of the contract lifecycle. We assist with contract kickoff procedures and compliance checklist development, invoice submission through agency payment systems including IPP and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), option year renewal preparation and negotiation support, contract modification review and response, CPARS performance evaluation preparation, and contract closeout documentation. For small businesses managing their first federal contract or expanding prime contractors managing multiple awards, our contract management support ensures your performance record stays strong and your contract vehicle remains in good standing.

PROFESSIONAL PROCUREMENT PROGRAMS & STRATEGIES

CUSTOM FEDERAL CONTRACTING PROGRAMS

USGRCA™ designs tailored federal contracting programs for organizations with specific procurement goals, including businesses pursuing their first set-aside award, nonprofits seeking federal grant and contract opportunities, municipalities building government procurement capacity, and established contractors expanding into new agency markets or contract vehicles.

Strategic teaming is one of the most effective ways for small businesses to pursue larger federal contracts they could not win alone. USGRCA™ supports teaming agreement development, prime contractor matchmaking through SBA SubNet and agency-specific vendor outreach, and joint venture structuring for businesses pursuing set-aside opportunities that require expanded capabilities or geographic reach.

FEDERAL PROCUREMENT TRAINING

Our federal procurement training programs cover the full government contracting process including SAM.gov registration and compliance, NAICS code strategy, reading and responding to RFPs, past performance documentation, FAR compliance basics, bid and no-bid decision frameworks, and proposal writing fundamentals.
